@comcastcares My plan is fine. But making a big deal over crediting me .60 cents is just stupid. And the reasoning is laughable. Crediting me for those missed live sports I pay a local service fee for. The fee per month is way more than .60cents.

@comcastcares @comcastcares not have taken long. You have put me and family in a very situation. If our home is broken into, we have nothing to alert us. The managers didn’t offer to fedex our order or foot the bill. We just hang up without the issue being resolved.

@comcastcares Not happy with your service. We use xfinity for everything in our home and are strongly considering disconnecting everything! We contact you to get a replacement for our sensor two weeks ago. You said it will take 3 to 5 days.

@ClintRutkas @comcastcares Also the main problem for me turned out to be upload speed which is somehow not called out in the contract I had. So moving to gigabit finally gave me upload speed of around 30mbps and I can actually switch on the camera in a call.

@comcastcares @comcastcares You said it will take 3 to 5 days. We followed up with a call and was told due to tech difficulties, it wasn’t sent. Then was told we would have to wait 3 to 5 days again. We called customer service and got the run around.
