    Something every business owner dreads is doing cold calls, however if you want to see growth in your business the only option is taking initiative! 📞-Yeah, I mean cold calls is needed to grow your business if you want to scale really fast the way my real estate business grows is by referrals and working with people. Probably 50% of my business. The other 50% is buy me out there, cold calling and calling, expired or canceled listings calling buyer leads. Things that I pay for. The reason I’m doing this is because I’m trying to scale my business faster than just referrals. Now everyone watching this video sent me 25 referrals I wouldn’t need to cold call. But I’m not OK with sitting on my hands and waiting for my business to grow through referrals . But I’m gonna make my business grow so even though I don’t love cold calls, I’m good at them, and I’m gonna continue to do them until I don’t have to.-#coldcalling #bussinessdevelopment

Most of my business grows because happy clients tell others about it.Instead of just chasing new customers, I focus on keeping my current ones happy.Last week, again I got a great deal because a satisfied client recommended me to someone else. They were impressed by the great work I did. It's pretty simple: If you do a great job and really help your clients, they'll want to help you too by telling others about you.There is a lesson in it as well.If you treat people well, good things will come back to you, maybe not right away, but eventually.So, it's worth spending time building strong relationships with your clients to help your business grow.

    When it comes to business networking and passing referrals, it is not about who is giving what to whom.     If You Want More Referrals, You Have to SHOW UP Just like you can’t get a haircut over the phone, you cannot have a successful business networking group if people don’t show up. Absenteeism affects membership & referrals. If you want more business referrals, you have to show up. #Referrals #Business
