CAME the Movant before the Honorable Magistrate Judge of the Juvenile Court of Memphis, Shelby County Tennessee and moved the Court for an order for publication requiring Brittany Hooker, the mother of Jaxon Ryder Tatum, to appear and answer to this cause. Through his Affidavit of Diligent Search, the Affiant, Stephen Kennedy Tatum II, who is the petitioner and father in this matter, declared that he is unable to ascertain the whereabouts of Brittany Hooker, the mother of Jaxon Ryder Tatum.

THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED by this Court that Brittany Hooker, the mother of Jaxon Ryder Tatum be served by publication to appear before this Court on July 31, 2024, at 1:00 p.m. for trial.

Any costs incurred by the municipal corporation shall be charged to the owner. Tenn. Code Ann. § 13-6-106(c).
